I serve the following towns in Western Michigan:
Byron Center
Douglas
Grand Haven
Holland
Hudsonville
Saugatuck
West Olive
Zeeland
I also offer overnight pet sitting in Grand Rapids.
If you have a long-term trip coming up and are not in these areas, contact me to see if I can come to your area.
All of my services include brushing, feeding, exercising, playing, administering medication, and of course cuddling. If your pet has other needs, we can talk about them in our meet & greet.
I will communicate with you daily via email or text, whichever you prefer. If I'm pet sitting at your home, I'll also water your plants and collect your mail.
I don't offer daycare in my own home but can come to your home for daily visits.
My prices include pet sitting for up to two animals. For visits, I charge $5 per additional animal per day. For overnights, I charge $10 per additional animal per day.
Yes. I only care for one client's pets in my home at a time, and they are treated as VIPs.
While I love all animals, I only work with small- and medium-sized cats and dogs. Let’s talk and see if you, your pet, and I are a good fit.
Although I grew up with pets, I no longer have them because as a woman who is retired, I want to leave Michigan’s gray skies, snow, and cold temperatures for two to three months in the winter. If you are retired, you understand. I've learned that people who have rental property do not want our four-legged companions occupying their homes, so I get my dog and cat fix by loving on the pets of others.
I have loved several furry family members in my lifetime. There was Jingles, our indomitable cat, who slept with me nightly. My parents hosted an orange mama cat who had kittens while she lived with us. We named them Eeny, Meeny, Miny, and Moe; three orange and one black. Peppi Sox, a Boston Terrier, was a delight. She was smart and we laughed watching her catching waves in Peconic Bay on Long Island. So many wonderful memories and I admit to being emotional thinking about the love and memories we shared.
